Are so full of shit it's amazing. Where are all the people that claim Microsoft pays people off? This site is pathetic. Now all of a sudden, this is legit.
@raztad,
The reason Sony was judged harshly is because it wasn't worth it as a gamer to have one until the advent of Killzone2. Let's not forget all the crap talking that Sony has done. At least try and be legit.
@squalheart,
So by giving the Move a "fighting chance&q...
Is that really the best you can come up with? Lol
@chubear,
Can you provide links to actual proof that what you say is true, that Microsoft is behind this?
If you can, can you also prove that MS is the only company out of the big three that does this?
By your logic, I'm not supposed to believe MS or any gaming news sites because if it's positive about MS, it must be a "paid incentive" but some random video from an anonymous "gamer", that's ok to trust.

It's the best game released so far this year imo.
@below,
I've never got the point of that arguemnet, that it needs more enemies. Why? What was there fit perfectly into the context of the game. Alan Wake is amazing on it's own, it doesn't need to be anything else than what it is.
I did just buy a Sony Bravia LED LCD and the picture is absolutely amazing. It makes everything look great but I have to give special recognition to blu-ray movies and PS3 games inparticular. My 360 games look fantastic, but the PS3 games...all I can say is WOW.
Sony televisions I can support, but not Move. Sorry, I know it's "off topic" but I just had to say something. Great job Sony!
What a "hardcore game" is. I've been gaming for several decades and have had every console that's hit our shores and I've never heard of hardcore games as a type of game. There are hardcore gamers, but we aren't defined by what genres we play. Any intelligent answer will suffice.
That and God of War 3, are the most over rated games this generation. The author is right.
@Soda Popinsky,
How right you are. A bubble for you.
And neither is this sequel. It's a hack-n-slash game in the veign of Dynasty Warriors. If you don't like that type of gameplay, you won't like it. If you do are you don't care, then it's really fun. The music is really good and there are tons of enemies to take down with some pretty flashy moves.
I bought it used today. I was going to get it new, they just so happened to have a used copy. Then again, I liked the first game and I don't mind games like...
I've been playing my 360 just as much as my PS3 as of late; probably even more. Guess that's your opinion. However, I stumbled across this article, and it explains everything.

Do you have any proof of that statement? That the reason why that happen's because Microsoft pays them; I'd like to see it.
Secondly, do you honestly contend that given the same offer Sony wouldn't jump at the chance?
Stop hating and actually try playing games.It seems like many of you (SDF)have forgotten that fun,is what it's all about.
This is still my favorite PS3 game, I love playing it. If there were any PS3 game that I'd want a sequel to, it would be HS.
That and Shenmue, that game needs closure.
All in an effort to garner support from one side to another. I'm not buying any of it, not until I hear the full story. I'm not going to get riled up over "he say, she say", especially coming from these guys. First it was when they were with EA and now Activision? I'll pass.
@Donny,
How does the Ninja Gaiden series not stack up against the God of War series? Even if you're comparing GoW3 to NG2 I'd choose the game with the better gameplay and for my taste that's NG.
Secondly, you claim that Sigma's series are better than the original 360 release. Again, that's your opinion but I found the PS3 versions not as visceral and it didn't play comfortable enough for me on the dualshock2.

Please define the term "hardcore gamer". I hear this term bantered about with no real thought as to what it means; essentially repeating non-sense.
Hardcore used to be associated with how much time and effort you put into gaming. It's defined by your breath and depth of knowledge of gaming...ALL gaming, not just what's considered "hardcore".
It's not about what system you own or what genre you play. It's about how far y...
Anonymity isn't always good. The internet proves that.
One should be the NES. You know, the system that saved the gaming industry and brought us some of the most respected franchises in existance. Second place should be the SNES.
@Piroh,
How did the PS2 give more than any other system, specifically the NES, SNES, N64?
Oh I see, right after that you bring up graphics so I guess that answers my question.
Do you have the link where Microsoft has officially stated the price for Kinect? How much will it cost a family of two or three, four even, to fully enjoy Move?
You further go on to state that "Xbox people likes FPSs more than casual games". True, shooters are the best sellers on the 360. However, they are also the best selling on the PS3 as well so what does that mean; going by your logic.
You say that all that money goes to develpment of exclu...
So everything else is not real because it doesn't have shooting, slashing, boobs, or cursing. If that's what you call "hardcore" or "real" than that's pretty pathetic. Hardcore or real, are not defined by genre.

Is good for the gander then because shooters are the top sellers on the PS3 as well with everything else taking a distant second. The fact of the matter is, while many of my fellow PS3 owners like to think they are part of some high minded gaming elite, they aren't. The fact of the matter is regardless of platform, certain genres don't get community support that others do. Case in point, look at UC1 and 2. UC went vastly under noticed and UC2 didn't fair any better until it starte...
